CFPM– RECTANGULAR  BATCH TYPE FRYER: Description of Batch Fryer Specially designed Stainless steel batch fryers with multiple inlet for oil and filtration system, the shape of the batch fryer can be rectangular or circular. Circular Batch fryers are available in various sizes, Tilting type facility for stainless steel basket for easy removal of the product thereby reducing the oil in the product substantially.. Application to fry gram flour and grain frying items: Like: -  Namkeen, Kurkure, Chips and Fryums, Capacity 500 ltr per hour. Fuel  Diesel based material of construction SS 304, Equipped with latest heat exchanger technology for saving energy and more over in – direct heat to oil as product is expose to oil which maintains the colour and aroma of the product as per natural taste. Continuous Conveyer Type Oil Filtration System which filter the oil at twin stage filtration system and push back the reserved oil in tanks mounted at the side of the fryer to control wastage of unused oil. Screw gear system is installed in the machine to easily lift the SS Conveyor from the bottom of the fryer to the automatic de oiling conveyor.
